Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following:

Physical Products (Intentional Daily Planner)

Refunds are offered for:

  • Damaged items

  • Faulty items

  • Incorrect orders received

To request a refund:

  • Email empoweredlivingandlearningg@gmail.com within 7 days

  • Include photos and your order number

    Change-of-mind returns are not available for planners due to production costs and weight.

    Digital Products

    Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds are offered once purchased and delivered.

    Coaching & Healing Sessions

    Refunds are not available after a session takes place.
    Rescheduling is allowed with 24 hours’ notice.
    Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

    Pre-Orders

    Pre-order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
    After this, pre-orders are prepared for printing/shipping and cannot be refunded unless faulty or damaged.
