Once your pre-order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Australia: 3-10 business days after dispatch
International: timeframes vary; rates shown at checkout

Returns & Replacements
If your planner arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
A replacement or refund will be arranged in alignment with the Refund Policy in the website footer.
